Each year, National Health Center Week celebrates the important role community health centers play in providing accessible, high-quality healthcare and strengthening communities across the country.

Compassion Health Care will host a free community event at each of our medical centers during National Health Center Week.
Visitors can stop by health and community resource stations, learn about services available in the area, meet local organizations, and complete a Healthy Passport for a chance to win a prize!

What to Expect
Our Healthy Passport Days will bring healthcare information and community resources together in one convenient place.
Guests will have opportunities to:
- Visit health and wellness stations
- Learn about Compassion Health Care Services
- Connect with participating community organizations
- Discover helpful local programs and resources
- Complete a Healthy Passport
- Enter to win one of three $100 Food Lion gift cards
These events are free and open to the community. You do not have to be a current Compassion Health Care patient to attend.
