Dr. McGrath practices Family Medicine with an emphasis on the care of families and individuals who are suffering from substance use disorders, as addiction is a family disease. He utilizes the best practices to address the entire patient, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. His team-based approach to care is designed to help individuals reach their health goals and live their soul’s purpose. He sees patients aged 15 and older.

Dr. McGrath has served on the Board of the North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians. He currently lives in Alamance County with his wife, son, 4 dogs, and 6 cats. Interests include hiking, camping, backpacking, meditation, and being in nature. His soul’s purpose is to foster the evolution of humanity.
