NC Medicaid Managed Care Explained
NC Medicaid Managed Care is here. The NC Department of Health and Human Services is transitioning to this managed care which is being considered “the most significant change to the NC Medicaid program in over 40 years”, according to NCDHHS.
Caswell Family Medical Center is accepting all 4 prepaid health plans (PHPs). These PHPs are:
PLEASE NOTE: If you do NOT see Caswell Family Medical Center in the list of providers under any of these PHPs, please understand that CFMC has successfully completed any and all items necessary to be included in all 4 health plans. No matter which plan out of the four you choose, CFMC will still be your provider.
