Employee Benefits at Compassion

Provider Professional Support
- $2,500 annual CME allowance (1.0 FTE)
- 40 hours of paid CME time (1.0 FTE)

Because CHC serves high-need, rural communities, our practice sites qualify for several federal and state incentive programs. Eligible providers may qualify for:

CHC pays 100% of the employee-only premium for medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance. Dependent coverage is employee-paid. CME and PTO benefits listed above are based on 1.0 FTE. Personnel policies are subject to board approval and are not guaranteed for the duration of employment. Providers working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits unless otherwise noted.
